Last post for the day.. I promise...

25 WEEK BELLY PICS ARE HERE!!!! Not really, I just took the time to take a picture or two of myself... It's hard to get a good picture.. Again one is diferentiating from one body part to the next and the other is just a normal picture. I don't look so 'fat' anymore. At least I hope not.

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning at 9:15. I'm supposed to be tested for diabetes and I get to drink that lovely sugar drink! I am so excited about it... can't you tell?? As usual, Roger can't wait to hear the heartbeat (neither can I, but since I feel him constantly, it's not as exciting for me as it is for him). I'll update tomorrow after the appointment. Hope I pass the test!!! I don't think I could handle diet restrictions.. I like brownies and ice cream too much! ;-)

You'll have to forgive the odd picture with my fingers.... My scanner (for some reason) won't work... so, I had to take a picture of the picture to put on here... YAY!!!! for pictures anyway! Isn't he cute? I carry his picture with me everywhere. I wonder what he looks like now? Roger and I really want to get 4-D pictures done and a DVD, but we need to see how much it will cost. The 4-D (I heard) are best for 28+ weeks, so we have 3 weeks minimum to decide.

Welcome to our blog!

Welcome to our blog for our baby! Currently we are 24 weeks and counting! He is getting huge and loves to squirm and kick. I finally caved (weather made me rather) and bought winter maternity clothes. So far I have 2 new sweaters, 2 tanks to layer with, kaki pants, grey dress pants, 2 long sleeve tees, 2 jeans, a new peacoat, and a fleece pullover. Target and once upon a child are my new best friends. :)

Honestly, I feel like a cow. (MOOO!) I've had a couple people ask me some really rude questions such as, "doesn't it bother you that you aren't married and having a baby? What will the baby's last name be? You don't look pregnant at all!" Seriously? It honestly didn't bother me at first that I wasn't married until that person mentioned it. Why wouldn't the baby have Roger's last name? We are getting married so why wouldn't the baby have his last name? And while I appriciate the comment about trying to make me feel like I look great, you really just made me feel fat and I had to excuse myself before I burst into tears. I am already super paranoid about what I look like.

I will have to write more later (and post pictures!) but right now I really would love a hot shower. I have 2 hours before I have to be at work and I plan on looking fabulous!

Work is another topic I will get to when I write more... along with rants, raves, food, bras and lane bryant, dry scalp, world of warcraft, getting the house ready for baby, freaking out about the baby, dreams, and sleepless nights. Probably more, but that's off the top of my head.
